ckb44 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

ckb44 (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "our") operates an online entertainment and betting platform for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the platform website ckb44.cam and all its associated services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the user) and ckb44. By accessing, browsing, registering on or using any service of the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" — any person who accesses the ckb44 platform or uses its services.
• "Account" — a personal user profile created through registration.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account on the ckb44 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

• Current residential address.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckb44 may verify your identity at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide one of the following documents:

• Bank account or mobile banking verification document.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is completed. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ckb44 offers transactions through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the payment method and account level. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe may be longer if identity verification is pending.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to verified payment methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (for security purposes).
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ckb44 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Accepting these offers means you agree to the terms described in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The specified wagering multiplier must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Only bets placed on eligible games will count towards wagering calculations.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per person/household/IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
• ckb44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any irregularity in bonus activity is suspected.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless specifically permitted).
• ckb44 reserves the right to change the terms of bonuses.

5.4 VIP Program

The ckb44 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to higher levels by earning points through regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback is provided at each level — from 0.3% at Bronze up to 1.5% at Diamond.

6. Gaming Rules

The ckb44 platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, card games and arcade games. Each game has its own rules.

6.1 Bet Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. Special limits may apply when using bonus funds. Attempts to exceed the maximum limit will be automatically blocked.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a gaming session is interrupted due to a technical error or system failure, ckb44 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings displayed as a result of a technical error may not be valid.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed or ends in a draw, the bet rules will be determined according to the specific rules of the betting system. Bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing or irregular activity may be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckb44 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with others.
• Using any type of fraudulent software, bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to hack, phish or carry out cyber attacks against the platform or other users.
• Registering with false, incorrect or another person's identity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by ckb44

ckb44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Irregular or suspicious betting activity.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Court or government authority order.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

9. Privacy and Security
